  • JAIL - Repeat DUI offenders can face anywhere from 5 days in county prison to 1 year in state prison.  I make it a priority in every DUI case that I handle to minimize my clients’ risk of going to jail.  If jail time is on the table I will explore options like work release, weekend reporting, and house arrest
